I work primarily with thoughtful, capable women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, stress, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with understand their challenges intellectually, yet still find themselves caught in reactions and patterns that feel difficult to shift.
My approach integrates trauma-informed counselling with clinical hypnotherapy. Together, we gently explore the deeper patterns that influence how you respond to stress, relationships, and the expectations you carry for yourself.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported while also gaining the confidence to develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
